About the Role:



We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Specialist with strong Digital Business Solutions experience to support our customers in achieving their digital transformation goals. You will work closely with Account Managers and Pre-Sales Consultants to drive pipeline, qualify leads, deliver solutions presentations, generate proposals, and successfully close deals.



You will act as a trusted SME, engaging with CxO-level executives and senior business teams to articulate business cases for digital transformation initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts in the Digital Business Solutions Unit

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams to identify prospects, qualify leads, and deliver solution presentations

  • Support customers in building business cases for digital transformation initiatives

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and report updates regularly to the sales manager

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure long-term satisfaction

  • Lead proposal generation, coordinate with technical sales teams and partners

  • Keep customers informed on Digital Business Solutions offerings and emerging market trends



Requirements:




  • 10+ years in software solutions, with 5+ years in sales

  • Proven track record in selling software solutions to IT professionals and business decision makers

  • Knowledge or experience of IBM or similar technologies (Analytics, Big Data, AI, IoT, RPA, BPM, Integration, Customer Experience)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations to C-level executives

  • Deep understanding of customer digital transformation drivers and the ability to build strong business cases

  • Existing GCC experience and customer relationships (especially Abu Dhabi, public sector/government accounts is a plus)

  • Fluent in Arabic preferred for Public Sector/Government role

  • Open for any nationality for private/commercial sector role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent team player with a go-getter attitude

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
