**Job Title: HVAC Design Expert (Data Center)

**Job Responsibilities:**

1.  **Design Process Management**: Oversee the overall planning and design management of data center projects, including defining design schemes, organizing the design process, and reviewing construction drawings. Manage the tendering process for HVAC equipment.

2.  **Preliminary Project Planning**: Conduct preliminary planning for data centers, including capacity analysis, reliability assessments, and technical cost control to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of technical solutions.

3.  **Technical Standards Development**: Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the HVAC professional technical management system for data centers, including design standards, technical specifications, and operating manuals to promote design standardization.

4.  **New Technology Application**: Research and apply new HVAC technologies and solutions within data center projects to enhance energy efficiency and operational performance.

5.  **Full Lifecycle Design Management**: Manage the full lifecycle design of data centers to ensure project timelines are met, optimize costs, and maintain quality standards throughout all phases.

6.  **On-site Technical Support**: Provide technical support and communication on HVAC engineering matters at construction sites, ensuring the practicality and implementability of on-site solutions.

**Qualifications:**

1.  Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

2.  In-depth knowledge of (green) data center industry standards and regulations, including national design specifications, TIA-942 standards, and Uptime Institute Tier criteria.

3.  Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC design management, with a proven track record of independently completing large-scale data center or mission-critical facility projects.

4.  Strong understanding of energy efficiency strategies and sustainable design principles for data centers.

5.  Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
