HR Officer

Position: Human Resources Officer Location: Riyadh,Saudi Arabia

Company Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing hospitality and real estate company established in early 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Focused on the development and operation of long-term rental apartments and hotels, Smart Oasis has successfully completed its first round of equity financing and currently manages over 10 operating and development projects across the Kingdom. The company is committed to building a high-performance team to support its rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records;
• Handle employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies;
• Administer payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits;
• Support training and development initiatives and assist in performance appraisal processes;
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting a positive work environment;
• Prepare regular HR reports and support audits or compliance checks when necessary. Requirements:·Saudi national;
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles within Saudi Arabia, preferably in hospitality or service industries;
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken);
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, HR best practices, and payroll systems;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation & Benefits:
