Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in line with POPIA requirements
- Support HR policy development, updates, and implementation
- Assist with onboarding, including induction packs and new employee documentation
- Administer the Skills Development Plan
- Support Employment Equity (EE) and B-BBEE reporting requirements
- Assist with COIDA administration, claims tracking, and compliance documentation
- Distribute internal communications and support employee engagement initiatives
- Manage leave records and ensure HR templates and documentation are up to date
Requirements & Skills
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- 0–2 years’ experience in an administrative or HR support role (internships advantageous)
- Basic understanding of LRA and BCEA legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational skills
