Paris | Major New Build Project

We’re partnering with a leading international developer driving some of Europe’s most exciting large-scale data centre builds. They’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to own the H&S strategy on a flagship Paris project.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and embed a safety-first culture across every stage of the project.


• Drive risk management, audits and compliance with local and international standards.


• Partner with contractors and customers to ensure H&S expectations are met and issues resolved quickly.


• Maintain transparent reporting and accurate H&S metrics for senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in Health & Safety management, with at least 5 years in data centres or similarly complex infrastructure.


• Strong track record implementing H&S strategies on major builds.


• Degree or recognised H&S qualification (e.g. CSP or equivalent); ISO 45001 Lead Auditor a plus.


• Fluent English and French, with confident stakeholder communication.
