Are you a visionary leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering complex software solutions? We're looking for a Head of Professional Services to join a dynamic, fast-paced technology company operating across international markets.
As a senior leader, you’ll oversee the Professional Services function — taking full ownership of delivery, operations, commercial growth, and client success. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Managed Services to shape future service offerings, drive efficiencies, and elevate customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and developing a high-performing PS team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of client projects
- Driving the vision and strategy of Professional Services in line with broader business goals
- Overseeing commercial and technical delivery including budgets, contracts, and performance metrics
- Championing continuous improvement through process optimisation, tools, and automation
- Supporting pre-sales efforts and client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point
- Managing project delivery and client satisfaction, ensuring high standards and profitability
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to shape service offerings and delivery frameworks
- Monitoring KPIs and delivery metrics to inform decision-making and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership in Professional Services, Systems Integration, or Delivery in a software/ICT environment
- Deep experience in managing software projects and client relationships across multiple geographies
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen — able to drive business outcomes and growth
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Skilled in resource planning, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to operate with humility, intensity, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
