HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURSE
Our client is a fast-growing, next-generation digital infrastructure platform delivering sustainable, AI-ready and carrier-neutral data center solutions across Asia. As an HR Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end HR operations across multiple APAC markets, supporting a dynamic, high-performance workforce.
This role offers exposure to cross-border HR management, strategic initiatives, and business partnering in a rapidly scaling environment. You will contribute to building an inclusive, agile culture while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and employee engagement, making a tangible impact in a company shaping the future of digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, transitions, and offboarding while maintaining a high-quality employee experience
- Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, employer branding, and candidate engagement, enhancing talent attraction and overall hiring effectiveness
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and learning programs to support workforce development and retention
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies across APAC while supporting audits, reporting, and HR process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field, with HR certification considered a strong advantage for professional credibility
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally with exposure to both operational and strategic HR responsibilities
- Experience supporting multi-country HR operations across APAC, with the ability to navigate diverse regulatory and cultural environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, vendors, and leadership levels
- Proactive, highly organized, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and evolving business environment
