We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to shape and accelerate our Data Center business across Asia Pacific. This is a high-impact regional role for someone passionate about business growth, strategic partnerships, and the future of mission-critical infrastructure. 

What You'll Do

As Head of Data Center Business APAC, you will define and execute the regional growth strategy for the data center segment, working closely with global leadership, regional sales teams, strategic customers, and industry influencers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement the APAC data center growth strategy aligned with global objectives.


• Lead and inspire a regional team focused on business development and application consulting.


• Build trusted relationships with hyperscalers, data center developers, owners, engineering consultants, and strategic partners.


• Identify, shape, and secure high-value opportunities across the data center ecosystem.


• Partner with local teams across Asia Pacific to drive project success and market expansion.


• Act as the regional voice of the customer, influencing innovation, product development, and solution roadmaps.


• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to create new growth opportunities.


• Deliver business performance, pipeline growth, and revenue objectives for the region. 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Advanced business qualifications are advantageous.


• 7+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, segment management, or strategic growth roles within data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, HVAC, or building technologies.


• Strong network and experience working with data center owners, investors, consultants, engineering firms, or OEM partners.


• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across matrix organizations.


• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning complex opportunities.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.


• Culturally agile with a willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
