We're Hiring – Front End Engineer

One of our global leaders in the telecommunications industry is looking for a Front End Engineer to join their team in Apodaca / Monterrey. In this role, you'll be part of the innovation driving next-generation communication and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop web-based UI applications using Angular, Node.js, RxJS, and modern state management frameworks.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust designs and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Perform unit testing and contribute to test automation frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
• Maintain and enhance existing UI components to ensure long-term stability and performance.
• Document design decisions, implemented solutions, and root cause analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular (v10+), Node.js, HTML, and SCSS.
• Strong knowledge of state management frameworks such as Redux, ngrx, or Akita.
• Experience working with REST APIs and tools such as Postman.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with GIT, JIRA/Atlassian, and code review processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating closely with Product, UX, and QA teams.
• Knowledge of Nx Monorepos, D3.js, and Linux environments.
• Exposure to telecommunications or cable network management applications.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
