Financial Analyst

First Point Group is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst (ACCA / CIMA) with previous experience working for UK telecom companies / operators. The successful candidate will have previously drove Cost Transformation and Cost Savings through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build dynamic models to support business decisions.
• Leverage data to enable strategic scenario planning and enhance decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making and champion change initiatives.
• Contribute to cost-saving and performance improvement programmes across the business.

Key Performance Indicators

• Provides clear financial insights that contribute to network rationalisation.
• Delivers timely, accurate reporting with actionable recommendations for cost efficiencies.
• Actively supports and monitors the implementation and impact of transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• CIMA, ACCA or equivalent financial qualification (part-qualified or fully qualified).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion is advantageous.
