Finance Manager

We're Hiring | Finance Manager | UAE

We're supporting a well-established financial institution in the UAE with the appointment of a Finance Manager.

This is a key role within the Finance function, with responsibility across financial reporting, controls, governance and regulatory requirements, while working closely with senior leadership and leading a Finance team.

The Opportunity:

You'll have responsibility across:

• Financial reporting and month-end / year-end close


• IFRS and accounting policy


• Financial controls and governance


• Regulatory and statutory reporting


• Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting


• Balance sheet oversight and reconciliations


• Audit and regulatory requirements


• Finance systems, processes and continuous improvement


• Leading and developing the Finance team

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a qualified Finance professional with a recognised accounting qualification and relevant experience within a regulated financial services environment.

• CA / ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent


• 5+ years of relevant banking / financial services experience


• Strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge


• Experience across financial controls and regulatory reporting


• Previous experience managing or leading a Finance team


• UAE / GCC experience would be advantageous


• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
