Operations Management:
Manage and oversee critical facilities within the data center.
Ensure optimal performance of all systems, including power and cooling equipment, monitoring, and security systems.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Leverage strong teamwork skills to motivate the facilities management team.
Collaborate with specialist contractors to achieve operational excellence.
Scheduled Maintenance Coordination:
Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities.
Ensure timely execution through diligent time management practices.
Attention to Detail:
Create and review maintenance reports and records with meticulous attention to detail.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Health and Safety Audits:
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety regulations.
Effective Communication and Technical Guidance:
Provide adaptable and clear communication.
Define project requirements and offer technical guidance during project execution phases.
Requirements:
Experience in managing operations, particularly in critical environments like data centers.
Data centre experience preferred but not a must.
Strong understanding of critical infrastructure, such as mechanical, electrical, fire, cooling, power systems.
