Enterprise Service Manager (Spanish Speaking)



Location: Equatorial Guinea

Language Requirement: Spanish (Fluent), English (Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Manager to oversee the delivery and operations of key government and enterprise projects in Equatorial Guinea. The ideal candidate will lead project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery within the telecom and enterprise domain.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Project Delivery Leadership: Lead and manage overall project delivery, create and track delivery plans, monitor progress, and identify potential risks to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with government and enterprise clients, manage expectations, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the key problem solver for ongoing and legacy projects by coordinating internal and external teams to resolve challenges efficiently.

  • Quality and Operations Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery and operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety, and cost efficiency.

  • Business Success Enablement: Understand client strategies and objectives, identify needs, and offer effective solutions to help clients achieve operational and business success.



Qualifications & Skills:




  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Around 5 years of telecom or enterprise project management experience, with proven success in client engagement and project operations.

  • Strong ability to build and manage high-level relationships with government and enterprise customers in Equatorial Guinea or similar regions.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; familiarity with telecom industry practices is an advantage.

  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage challenges proactively.

  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); English proficiency preferred.

  • Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Equatorial Guinea.
