Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales (Hunter)


Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving new business growth, building strategic customer relationships, and positioning advanced digital solutions across key enterprise segments. The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong market awareness, solution-selling ability, and a hunter mindset.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, customer engagement, and opportunity identification.
  • Leading the full sales cycle—from identifying customer pain points to developing solution propositions, conducting feasibility checks, and driving opportunities toward closure.
  • Building long-range sales strategies, managing forecasting activities, and supporting territory planning and segmentation to maximize market coverage.
  • Identifying customer requirements, negotiating commercial and technical terms, and ensuring effective conversion of opportunities to revenue.
  • Managing strategic customer relationships across multiple levels to expand engagement and deepen account penetration. 
  • Participating in complex deal cycles, influencing key decision-making processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive outcomes.
  • Researching market trends, monitoring competitive activity, and creating strategic plans that support revenue growth and account development.
  • Providing leadership in small projects or initiatives, identifying key priorities, and operating with minimal supervision.
  • Applying strong problem-solving capabilities by adapting existing techniques, tools, and processes to resolve issues and optimize sales execution.


Requirements

  • Education: MBA or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • 10–12 years of sales experience in telecommunications or global service integrators, with a strong track record in enterprise new business acquisition.
  • Proven experience selling digital transformation solutions across areas such as Network, SD-WAN, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SASE, Contact Centre solutions, and UCaaS.
  • Experience working in emerging markets with an entrepreneurial and growth-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently across business and technical functions 
  • Ability to manage complex deals, understand technical requirements, and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Demonstrated capability to work cross-functionally to achieve sales outcomes and deliver customer success.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, with proficiency in identifying market opportunities and building relevant go-to-market strategies.
