We're seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead our Client's growth in the UAE & GCC Public Sector and Enterprise Markets.

You'll leverage your deep industry expertise and relationship-building skills to champion our cutting-edge server portfolio and drive significant revenue.

Here's what you'll do:

- Become a trusted advisor: Build strategic relationships with C-Level executives within public and enterprise sectors, showcasing our solutions as the key to success.
- Expand our reach: Identify new high-value customers and develop winning sales strategies to secure their business.
- Drive results: Achieve and exceed aggressive sales quotas by optimizing the sales process and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate for success: Work seamlessly with internal teams (sales & technical) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you bring to the table:

- A winning track record: Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT/Datacenter space.
- Proven sales mastery: Strong closing skills, persuasive negotiation techniques, and a knack for exceeding targets.
- A passion for innovation: Demonstrate a deep understanding of server technology and its impact on business outcomes.
- Relationship powerhouse: Build trust and credibility with C-Level executives, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Organizational rockstar: Juggle multiple priorities with a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
- The language advantage: Fluency in Arabic & English (written & spoken) is essential. Additional European language skills are a plus.
