First Point Group is recruiting for 3 x IT Project Managers (LMS / Intellectual Property / Legal & Integrity Tools) on behalf of a global technology organisation The successful candidates must have strong IT project management experience (including RFP / RFQ), proven expertise in system implementation projects and excellent stakeholder management skills.
There are 3 opportunities for IT Project Managers within the following domains:
- New Learning Management System (LMS)
- New Intellectual Property (IP) Management Solution
- Legal & Integrity Tools Suite
You are only required to have experience in at least 1 of the above disciplines.
Interviews will be conducted within the next 1-2 weeks with a start-date of 3-4 weeks from today.

Role Overview
You will deliver strategic IT implementation projects across HR, Legal, R&D, and IS functions. These roles are critical to a broader carve-out initiative, requiring strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery focus. Each Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle—from concept design and solution/partner selection, through to implementation and data migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from the IS perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and gather business requirements.
- Manage RFP/RFQ processes to identify and select solutions and implementation partners.
- Oversee system implementation and migration of data from legacy solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders across HR, Legal, HSE, Security, IS, and other functions.
- Drive successful delivery with a focus on quality, timelines, and risk management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ IT project management experience, including system implementation.
- Proven track record with LMS and/or IP Management solutions (LMS experience highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and vendor/partner management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Awareness of legal and compliance topics (desirable).
- Experience in an international environment (advantageous).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
