Are you a digital marketing expert looking to make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive B2B lead generation, expand brand visibility, and lead world-class digital marketing campaigns.
What Your Role Will Look Like
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a motivated, organised, and results-driven professional with a passion for all aspects of digital marketing. You will take ownership of SEO, PPC, content creation, social media, paid advertising (LinkedIn and other platforms), digital PR, link-building, and emerging technologies such as AI-powered search optimization.
Your Goals
- Increase quality, relevant organic traffic to the website
- Drive B2B lead generation and pipeline growth
- Generate high-value, relevant content
- Implement backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority
- Improve visibility on search and generative AI engines
- Enhance rankings for high-priority organic keywords
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet growth and lead generation objectives
- Lead and own all digital marketing initiatives, driving tactics forward and improving results
- Collaborate with your team to design email marketing and lead nurturing processes
- Manage SEO (technical and content), blog calendars, social media, and emerging AI search strategies
- Work with external agencies on PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn), including auditing, optimisation, reporting, and budget management
- Improve website conversion rates to maximise lead generation
- Analyse digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools
- Manage, mentor, and guide a small digital marketing team (content writers, designers, SEO executives)
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing technologies, and AI-powered search strategies
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B setting or agency environment
- Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and lead nurturing
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC (Google Ads), social media marketing, and content strategy
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing funnels
