DevOps Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to drive automation, reliability, and scalability across our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. This role focuses on designing and implementing robust CI/CD workflows, cloud-native architectures, and operational frameworks leveraging modern tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, automate, and maintain cloud deployments using Terraform and Ansible.


• Design and operate scalable infrastructure and platform solutions in Microsoft Azure.


• Implement infrastructure-as-code standards, reusable modules, and version-controlled environments.


• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.


• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for microservices and distributed systems.


• Ensure secure, reliable, and repeatable release processes across development and production environments.


• Implement and manage end-to-end logging, metrics, and distributed tracing using tools such as:


• Define SLOs/SLIs and partner with engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.


• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and proactive system optimizations.


• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.


• Work with Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Azure Repos to maintain version control best practices.


• Partner with Dev, QA, and Ops teams to enforce DevOps standards and streamline delivery processes.


• Advocate for cloud governance, security best practices, and compliance across environments.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading DevOps initiatives in cloud-native, containerized environments.


• Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, including networking, compute, storage, identity, and monitoring.


• Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps.


• Strong scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.


• Deep understanding of CI/CD, cloud security, governance, and automation patterns.
