Location: Tokyo, Japan 

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Projector Brand Design

• Create creative materials related to brand promotion, including e-commerce page design and advertising videos.


• Participate in the design of seasonal campaigns and operational pages to ensure brand consistency.


• Contribute to the design of the projector’s built-in software interface and functional interactions.


• Lead the packaging design of new projector products, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs.


• Collaborate closely with product teams to enhance user experience and market appeal through design.

2. Game Brand Design

• Be responsible for game IP branding design, ensuring that UI and visual elements align with brand positioning.


• Collaborate on in-game interface design, video production, and related assets.


• Oversee IP collaborations, supervising co-branded products and merchandise design to ensure quality and brand consistency.

3. Other Design Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with teams such as product managers and developers to ensure design quality and consistency.


• Adapt and localize designs based on the needs of the Japanese market.


• Lead the full design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects.

II. Qualifications

1. Native-level or fluent Japanese proficiency with a deep understanding of Japanese design aesthetics.


2. Extensive experience in application UI/UX design, e-commerce platform design, and game IP product design.


3. A portfolio demonstrating cross-category design capabilities, especially in application UI, marketing materials, and brand design.


4. Experience in projector or gaming-related product design is a plus.


5. Experience in IP collaborations and co-branded product design is preferred.


6. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.


7. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
