First Point Group is recruiting for an RAN Delivery Lead on behalf of a leading global telecommunications infrastructure provider. The successful candidate must have strong telecoms build delivery experience, stakeholder and third-party management expertise, and a solid understanding of construction regulations (CDM 2015).

The Role
As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of telecoms build activities across assigned projects. You will ensure all prerequisites are in place before site activity begins, drive build planning and execution, and monitor delivery performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
You will act as a key interface between internal teams, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Project & Build Delivery
Manage the end-to-end implementation of build activities across assigned sites/projects
Ensure all customer purchase orders and subcontractor instructions are in place prior to site mobilisation
Drive project gating meetings from initial instruction through to delivery
Monitor subcontractor (ASP) performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs
Track progress across key build planning milestones and ensure timely execution
Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all activities comply with relevant construction and safety regulations (including CDM 2015)
Maintain awareness of industry standards such as HSG47, PAS128, British Standards, and Eurocodes
Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across all project activities
Requirements
15+ years of telecommunications experience, especially in RAN site build and rigging.
Strong understanding of subcontractor (ASP) management and site-based delivery
Experience managing stakeholders across internal teams, customers, and third parties
Knowledge of construction and safety regulations, including CDM 2015
Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
