About the Role

My client is strengthening its Data Center Infrastructure Product Management capability across the Middle East & Africa. We are hiring a senior regional expert to lead market insight, product strategy, and solution competitiveness for data center facilities, covering power, cooling, modular data centers, and DCIM.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer engagement, and regional business execution, and plays a critical role in shaping  data center portfolio and growth strategy in MEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market insight and industry analysis, including regional policies, regulations, trends, and competitive landscape.


• Translate key customer strategies and pain points into product development charters and solution roadmaps.


• Own regional requirements and competitiveness for power, cooling, modular data centers, and DCIM solutions.


• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders at hyperscalers, telecom operators, and large enterprise customers.


• Support strategic sales initiatives and drive breakthrough projects and deal closures.


• Act as a regional thought leader and strategic advisor on data center infrastructure evolution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Data Center Facilities (power, cooling, modular DC).


• Deep expertise in one core domain, with strong cross-domain understanding.


• Proven experience in market insight, product strategy, or solution planning.


• Background with leading vendors, integrators, or large data center operators.


• Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.


• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.


• Willingness to travel across the MEA region.
