FPG is proud to be partnering with a top player in the power protection and critical infrastructure space! We're on the hunt for a Data Center Business Manager – GCC to lead growth, build strong client relationships, and make a real impact across the region's fast-growing data center ecosystem.


Detailed Job Description:

  • Lead business development and direct sales of critical power and infrastructure solutions across the GCC, focusing on data center clients.
  • Promote market-leading technologies to hyperscalers, colocation providers, and other mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage a strong network within the data center ecosystem to generate new opportunities.
  • Engage with current and potential clients to ensure strong visibility and foster long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and navigate complex client and organizational landscapes.
  • Manage deals of varying size and complexity depending on client and project requirements.
  • Report regularly to the regional Sales/General Manager to align with strategic objectives.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Extensive network within the GCC data center market, with in-depth understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Politically savvy; able to manage complex relationships and organizational structures.
  • Minimum 7 years' overall sales experience, including at least 3 years in a data center-focused company.
  • Comfortable managing large deals and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Target-driven, ambitious, and consistently exceeds sales objectives.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in critical power, energy, or related infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC data center ecosystem and its key players.
  • Excellent client-facing presence and ability to represent the organization at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team.


Key Assignments:

  • Drive direct sales of critical power and infrastructure solutions across UAE and GCC.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings.
  • Provide technical and commercial support in collaboration with regional and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure accurate sales administration, reporting, and pipeline management.
