We are looking for a Data Analyst with Credit reporting experience. Role is onsite 2-3 days a week in Belfast, Northern Ireland. 



A Data Analyst with CRA reporting with focus on collecting, validating, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and insights, then developing and distributing regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key stakeholders to inform business strategy and decision-making. This role requires strong technical skills, such as SQL and Excel, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards. 



Key Responsibilities




  • Data Management: Gather, validate, and manage data from internal and external sources, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems and reports. 

  • Reporting & Visualization: Prepare and distribute regular reports, including performance metrics and operational analyses, and develop custom dashboards and visualizations to meet stakeholder needs. 

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify key trends, anomalies, and insights, and perform variance analysis to understand performance deviations. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand business needs and gather information, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. 

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and systems, implementing best practices for data management and automation. 

  • Strategic Support: Use statistical tools and data models to support business planning and strategy, guiding decision-making processes for organizational leadership. 



Essential Skills




  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is crucial for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights. 

  • Communication Skills: The ability to clearly and concisely present complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Business Acumen: A good understanding of business needs and processes to translate data insights into impactful business solutions. 

  • Data Integrity: A commitment to ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.
