Customer Support Engineer

Our client, a forward-thinking and rapidly growing organisation, is seeking a skilled 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their IT team. Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support, with at least 1 year in 2nd Line support.


• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.


• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and VoIP.


• Experience with firewall and switch configuration.


• Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset.


• Strong English communication skills; ability to work independently.

Desirable:

• IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL)


• Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems and ITSM practices
