CSA Lead - Architectural | Data Centres

Our client is a leading international Engineering & Construction Firm, known for delivering high-value mission-critical infrastructure across Europe, and they are now looking for experienced CSA Leads (Architectural) to join their growing team in Finland.

You will take ownership of all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a large-scale data centre build, managing a multidisciplinary team and complex packages.

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone with strong project oversight experience in high-value construction environments.

Finland, EU - you can be based anywhere in the EU (packages for accommodation etc.)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead CSA delivery across a major hyperscale data centre project
• Oversee project teams including engineers, managers, and supervisors
• Manage 20+ subcontractors and ensure alignment with design, BIM, and QA protocols
• Drive programme delivery, budget control, and stakeholder engagement
• Report to the Project Director and maintain client satisfaction across cost, scope, and timelines
• Enforce health & safety and quality assurance across all architectural and structural activities

Requirements for the role:

• Degree in construction or engineering
• 5+ years in senior project leadership roles on €50M+ builds
• Strong track record in CSA delivery (data centre or large commercial builds preferred)
• Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable driving large, fast-paced projects from concept to completion
