CSA Construction Manager

CSA Construction Manager - Finland 

Our client is an international leader in mission-critical infrastructure delivery and they are now looking for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join a high-profile data centre build. 

This is a key opportunity to be part of a technically complex and fast-paced environment, leading the coordination and execution of all civil, structural, and architectural packages on a large-scale project.

You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved across all CSA scope areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site CSA construction activities.


• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, quality, and safety standards.


• Drive progress against programme milestones and collaborate with scheduling teams.


• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, engineering teams, and project controls.


• Manage CSA handovers and support commissioning as required.


• Support resolution of site-level issues in real-time to prevent delays.


• Champion health and safety compliance across site operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CSA delivery on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable).


• Technical background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.


• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across site and office teams.


• Familiarity with design coordination, programme tracking, and QA/QC processes.
