We’re Hiring: NOC Back Office CS Core Engineer (L2) - Yearly contract
We’re looking for a NOC Back Office CS Core Engineer to join our team and help drive exceptional performance and reliability across telecom networks. In this role, you’ll manage and maintain NOKIA CS Core Network nodes, troubleshoot complex issues, and support integrations and upgrades—all while ensuring smooth and secure network operations.

Key Responsibilities
Resolve trouble tickets raised by NOC, customer, or LNOC teams and ensure timely fault management across all network elements.
Conduct node health checks, network performance analysis, and capacity management.
Operate, maintain, and configure NOKIA CS Core nodes including MSC, HLR, STP, DRA, IMS, ESC, and CSD.
Implement network changes, support new network node integrations, and assist with acceptance processes.
Perform call modeling, media handling, and troubleshoot issues with CS, SMS, MMS, MGWs, and VoLTE.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and customer teams to resolve issues and maintain optimal network performance.
Contribute to disaster recovery planning, license management, and compliance with security and quality standards.
Generate detailed reports and trend analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
Engineering degree in Telecommunications or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in telecom network operations, with solid NOC and CS Core knowledge.
Proven expertise in NOKIA CS technologies and protocols including SS7, CAP, MAP, Diameter, and VoLTE call flows.
Strong skills in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and reporting (Excel proficiency mandatory).
Basic understanding of IP networking and layer 2 concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic and French are strong assets.
