We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead our client's growth in Bahrain. You will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving new business opportunities within the consumer electronics sector, with a focus on mobile accessories.


 



Key Responsibilities





  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, telecom, resellers, and B2B channels




  • Manage and grow existing customer portfolios through strategic account planning




  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs




  • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and engage clients via face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and phone




  • Develop long-term strategic plans to grow market presence and customer loyalty




  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting




  • Collaborate closely with distribution partners, marketing, finance, warehousing, and logistics teams




  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns with marketing and sales teams




  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and seminars




  • Continuously seek improvements to sales operations and customer experience





Key Requirements





  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a strong focus on mobile accessories




  • At least 1-2 years in a Country Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role




  • Proven expertise in business development, key account management, and channel growth




  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions




  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region




  • Creative, flexible, and proactive mindset




  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and sales reporting tools




  • Excellent communication and presentation skills




  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
