Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, telecom, resellers, and B2B channels
Manage and grow existing customer portfolios through strategic account planning
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Generate leads, conduct outreach, and engage clients via face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and phone
Develop long-term strategic plans to grow market presence and customer loyalty
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting
Collaborate closely with distribution partners, marketing, finance, warehousing, and logistics teams
Plan and execute promotional campaigns with marketing and sales teams
Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and seminars
Continuously seek improvements to sales operations and customer experience
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a strong focus on mobile accessories
At least 1-2 years in a Country Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role
Proven expertise in business development, key account management, and channel growth
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
Willingness to travel regularly within the region
Creative, flexible, and proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and sales reporting tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
