Position: Country Sales Manager - Mexico
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall country sales strategy to achieve sustainable growth and market leadership in Indonesia.
- Lead, and develop the local sales team to drive revenue targets and operational excellence.
- Establish and expand long-term relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders across banking, insurance, and FinTech sectors.
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycles for AI-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams in product, marketing, and delivery to localize solutions and accelerate customer success.
- Take full ownership of the country P&L, sales targets, and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience within technology sectors such as AI, SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software, including significant leadership and team management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, preferably from the ground up.
- Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and navigate complex enterprise sales environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian business landscape, with established connections in financial services or related industries.
- Results-driven mindset with strategic agility and experience operating in dynamic growth-stage environments.
- Tinlingual preferred(Chines/Spanish/English)
