Key Responsibilities




  • Own Sales Lifecycle: Lead generation → deal closure (prospecting, negotiation, closing)

  • Build Markets: Develop GTM strategy through client pitches & industry networking

  • Grow Key Accounts: Deep-dive into client needs to deliver tailored solutions

  • Drive Strategy: Analyze markets/competitors to optimize resource allocation

  • Collaborate: Partner cross-functionally to enhance customer loyalty.



Requirements:




  • 3-5 yrs B2B sales success in BFSI sector is a must.

  • Proven track record in new client acquisition & account growth in AI, SasS area is much prefferred.

  • Elite negotiation/stakeholder management skills

  • Hunter mindset: Self-driven, proactive in ambiguous environments
