The business is continuing to invest in high-growth regions and sectors, making this a key hire within their regional leadership team.
The Opportunity:
This is a senior commercial leadership role with full responsibility for driving growth across South East Asia.
You will lead a regional sales and service organisation, manage key strategic accounts, and take ownership of commercial performance, market expansion, and customer engagement.
The role offers a high level of autonomy and visibility, working closely with regional and global leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for South East Asia, driving sustainable revenue and margin growth
- Own full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, pipeline management, and overall business performance
- Lead and develop a multi-layered organisation (sales leaders, managers, and channel partners)
- Drive strategic, solution-based selling across complex, long-cycle industrial opportunities
- Build and expand relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders across the region
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities across industrial and infrastructure sectors
- Strengthen service and aftermarket offerings to drive recurring revenue and customer retention
- Collaborate closely with operations, product, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project delivery
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years' experience in industrial B2B sales, with a strong track record in leadership roles
- Proven experience managing regional teams and channel partner networks
- Demonstrated ownership of full P&L and delivery of commercial targets
- Strong background in complex, solution-led sales environments
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across OEMs, contractors, and end users
- Exposure to South East Asia markets, with an understanding of regional dynamics
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial decision-making skills
