Key Responsibilities:



Front-of-House & Client Care




  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners in a warm, professional manner

  • Create positive first impressions through a polished and friendly presence

  • Escort clients to meeting rooms and ensure their comfort throughout their visit

  • Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water) and maintain a hospitable environment

  • Ensure reception and meeting areas are clean, organised, and presentable at all times



Communication & Switchboard Support




  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals

  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up

  • Provide backup support for switchboard operations when required




Administrative Support




  • Provide basic administrative assistance to managers and teams as required

  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and schedules

  • Assist with office coordination tasks such as:

    • Courier arrangements

    • Deliveries and collections

    • Monitoring and replenishing basic office supplies





Minimum experience:




  • 2 - 5 years of proven experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative roles. Specific backgrounds in hospitality, CRM management, or account coordination are highly valued.

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is the standard minimum. Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration) give candidates a significant advantage.

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., HubSpot) and helpdesk systems.
