We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem across Peru. This is a high-visibility role focused on accelerating indirect sales, deepening strategic alliances, and delivering sustainable growth in a dynamic market.

- Channel Leadership: Identify, onboard, and develop high-performing channel partners aligned with our commercial strategy.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Drive revenue growth through joint business planning, partner enablement, and field engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor channel performance, analyze market trends, and implement data-driven action plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and partner success.
- Performance Management: Ensure partners meet sales targets and deliver consistent results through structured reviews and support.
?? Profile We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in channel sales or partner management, ideally in telecom, tech, or related industries.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and a strategic mindset.
- Languages: Native Spanish, intermediate English.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
