This role represents a foundational hire in ANZ – offering high visibility, strong autonomy, and the opportunity to build the channel business from the ground up as part of the company’s global expansion strategy.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute the channel strategy for Australia & New Zealand, aligned with global objectives

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage local distributors, resellers, and SI partners

  • Build strong executive-level relationships with key partners and customers

  • Drive partner enablement including training, joint GTM activities, and pipeline development

  • Work closely with global HQ and regional teams on pricing, programs, and market entry strategy

  • Establish channel processes, frameworks, and governance from an early stage

  • Provide local market feedback to support product positioning and future investment decisions



Requirements




  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or channel management within the ICT industry

  • Proven experience building or scaling channel ecosystems, ideally in a growing or new market

  • Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure solutions, such as:

  • Networking (switches, routers)

  • Servers & storage

  • Network security / data centre technologies

  • Commercially minded, able to operate independently in a “first hire / start-up style” environment

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (working-level proficiency required)

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with partners, customers, and HQ stakeholders
