Business Development Manger - Germany

Our client is a rapidly growing renewable energy company who are recruiting for a business development manager in Germany


  • You will be responsible for local channel expansion(Distributors and Retailers), define the channel strategy and build up the customer network.
  • Market insight, keep updating the competition landscape and trend by consumer research, give input to HQ and adjust local sales plan to fit the goals accordingly.
  • Product Management, give suggestions to product roadmap and R&D via market research.
  • Conduct intelligence collection and analysis of competing products in the local market, be familiar with the operation mode of the local market and industry, and develop executable market development strategies and tactics;
  • Marketing coordination, work with market team for both online and offline initiatives, make plan for promotions.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in consumer electronics, automotive accessories, solar panels, inverters, RV, mobile energy storage/home energy storage, outdoor camping, etc or related industries
  • Strong market analysis, expansion background and interpersonal skills with a wide range of partner and customer discussions
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Willing to travel frequently within the region.
  • Open-minded and teamwork, great skills in communication.
