Business Development Manager – Indonesia

The Business Development Manager is a key driver of commercial expansion across Indonesia, responsible for accelerating growth through strong partner-led strategies. This role focuses on identifying, securing, and nurturing high-value relationships with Introducing Brokers, strategic partners, and other business development channels to boost revenue, trading volume, and active client acquisition. To succeed, the manager must bring deep expertise in FX, CFD, and crypto markets, along with a strong understanding of the partner landscape and regulatory considerations. A well-developed professional network and a track record of consistently meeting ambitious targets are essential. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to lead market expansion initiatives, and a commitment to optimizing internal processes for greater efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams is also key to ensuring a seamless experience for partners and clients while supporting the company's broader growth strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed revenue, trading volume, and active-client targets. 
  • Execute growth strategies focused on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners, and BDM channels.
  • Drive market expansion by establishing new strategic partnerships across Indonesia. 
  • Leverage existing networks to grow indirect contribution and identify new partner opportunities. 
  • Identify key market players and create conditions for sustainable partnerships.
  • Improve cross-functional processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, frictionless experience for partners and clients.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Development or Partnerships Manager in FX or CFD industries. 
  • Transferable book of business is an advantage. 
  • Strong planning, execution, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with strong English proficiency.
