Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with new business opportunities across global data center markets. Diversify the client base
- Map the market players and identify the key stakeholders for the relevant organizations
- Establish and maintain senior relationships, securing high-value meetings and positioning leadership with key clients
- Collaborate with other departments and leadership teams to align client needs with the company's products and solutions
- Drive milestone-based progress in long sales cycles, contributing to consistent revenue growth and solid strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within data centers, infrastructure, or related technology sectors
- Strong understanding of hyperscale data centers, modular solutions, or OEM/ODM environments
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision makers
- Strategic thinker with strong market intelligence and account-mapping capabilities
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to shape strategy in a fast-growing, global organization
- Fluency in English, communication in Chinese and other languages are highly advantageous
