Business Development Manager (Vietnam) –

A fast-growing international organization is seeking a Business Development Manager (Vietnam) to support expansion in one of the region's most dynamic markets. The role focuses on empowering individuals in emerging economies by giving them access to financial education, investment tools, and modern digital trading solutions. Role Purpose
The Business Development Manager will drive market penetration and brand presence in Vietnam by identifying high-value opportunities, establishing strong partnerships, and expanding the organization's local network. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring a proactive hunter mindset, deep market awareness, and strong relationship-building capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business activities in Vietnam through strategic partnerships that support sustainable, profitable growth.
Continuously recruit, onboard, and manage new partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Identify market opportunities and provide insights to support strategy and increase market share.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners through consistent communication, engagement, and collaboration.
Conduct regular in-market visits to meet partners, deliver presentations, and promote the organization's products and services.
Maintain a strong and diversified network of lead sources to support acquisition and partnership growth.
Meet defined KPIs and operate effectively under time pressure to achieve commercial targets.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, ideally within financial services, brokerage, or related industries.
Proven ability to build, manage, and grow partnerships in the Vietnamese market.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
A proactive, opportunity-driven mindset with the ability to independently identify and pursue new business channels.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Positive, dedicated, and results-oriented professional attitude.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
