Business Development Manager – Nordics (Data Centres / Industrial Solutions)
Location: Sweden preferred (flexible across the Nordics)
Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits
The Opportunity
A global leader in safety and access solutions is expanding its presence across the Nordic region and is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager.
This is a high-impact, front-end sales role focused on developing new business across the data centre sector, alongside broader opportunities within construction and industrial markets. You will play a key role in building regional pipeline and driving revenue growth in a market experiencing significant investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional business development strategy across the Nordics
- Identify, target, and win new business within data centres, construction, and industrial sectors
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close
- Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in business development or technical sales
- Background in construction, industrial, engineering, or related sectors
- Exposure to or understanding of the data centre market is highly desirable
- Strong network within the Nordics is advantageous
- Ability to operate autonomously in a regional role
- Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English; Nordic language(s) beneficial
