Backend Software Engineer

We’re on the lookout for a talented  Backend Software Engineer who’s passionate about building powerful backend systems that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a team that’s designing and developing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and cloud technologies. Your work will help support real-world connectivity across industries like education, hospitality, smart cities, and more.

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Build and maintain APIs and microservices that are fast, secure, and scalable.


• Improve existing systems to make them more reliable and efficient.


• Collaborate with QA engineers to squash bugs and ensure smooth releases.


• Document your work clearly so others can build on it.


• Work closely with other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who:

• Knows Java inside and out, and has solid experience with Spring Boot and Kafka.


• Understands databases (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed data stores like Redis or Apache Ignite.


• Has a good grasp of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP).


• Has worked with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and containerized apps.


• Communicates well in English—both written and spoken.


• Is curious, self-driven, and comfortable working independently or in distributed teams.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)

• Experience with Kubernetes, Grafana, Solr, or OpenSearch.


• Background in telecom or network management.


• Familiarity with Linux environments (WSL/macOS/Linux distros).


• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
