?? Key Responsibilities

  Analyze technical and business requirements to design scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

  Develop and maintain APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure system security, reliability, and efficiency through continuous improvement and optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Write and execute automated tests to validate your code and maintain software quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Document system architecture, technical designs, and implementation details.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.

  
  

?? Requirements

• 
  

  5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development for distributed Linux-based systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Kafka, and RESTful web services.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as in-memory data stores (e.g., Apache Ignite, Redis).

  
  


• 
  

  Solid understanding of network programming (TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, sockets, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerized applications.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in Python, Jira, Scala, and Linux environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.

  
  

? Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Grafana/Plutono, Solr, or OpenSearch.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with telecom, cable, or PON network management applications.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools such as GIT and Atlassian suite.

  
  


• 
  

  Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Linux (WSL/Mac/Linux) environments.
