First Point Group is currently on the hunt for a AWS Business Development Manager for a leading IT company in the region. This is a permanent and fully on site position based in Riyadh, KSA.
AWS Business Development Manager Job Description:
- Owns the Cloud business in terms of demand generation and sales execution
- A trusted member of the team who maintains a high regard for standards for self and team
- Takes the responsibility for achieving booking and revenue consumption targets for Cloud on AWS.
- Participate in a weekly forecasting process to provide visibility to leadership of sales pipeline, potential to achieve target bookings, as well as challenges and risks to achieving targets.
- Drive increased monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and increase number of net new logos.
- Collaborate and build positive relationships with internal Core teams, Channel partners, AWS and channel eco system.
- Leverage the SE and Customer Success organization for desired results at top accounts.
AWS Business Development Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry, with Enterprise software and Cloud services
- Has strong knowledge in IT hosting and cloud services segment.
- Experience in, or good understanding of working with Amazon Web Services.
- Certification – AWS Cloud Practitioner equivalent from Microsoft or Google is preferred
- Has excellent time management and maximizes personal productivity in a busy environment.
- Has strong leadership and customer relationship skills
