Architectural Technologist Team Manager | Ireland (Dublin)



Our client is a leading international specialist in waterproofing and critical infrastructure solutions, working at the intersection of construction innovation and sustainability. Our teams partner with major contractors, developers, and design consultancies across sectors including data centres, commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial projects.



The team is now looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist Team Manager to lead and mentor a talented team of technologists, combining leadership with technical expertise to drive innovation and quality across multiple projects.



This role is office-based in Ireland.



What You’ll Do:





  • Lead and manage a team of Architectural Technologists, ensuring effective project delivery and technical excellence.




  • Oversee the design, specification, and technical support on major projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.




  • Review and approve drawings, BIM/Revit models, and technical specifications to maintain accuracy and quality.




  • Provide expert technical support to clients and internal teams, including input on sustainable construction practices.




  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, actively participating in design meetings and technical reviews.




  • Mentor and upskill the team, driving professional growth and continuous improvement.




  • Contribute to new product development, sustainability initiatives, and technical content for industry platforms.




  • Monitor market trends and industry advancements to support innovation and competitiveness.





Essentials for the Role:





  • 10+ years’ experience in construction, waterproofing, or a related architectural technology discipline.




  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, waterproofing systems, and sustainability principles.




  • Proven leadership and team management experience.




  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to resolve technical challenges.




  • Solid experience with BIM/Revit and NBS platforms.




  • Based in Ireland (full-time, office-based).
