Role: Angular Developer 

Contract length: 12-Months

I’m currently looking to connect with talented Angular Developers for an exciting contractor opportunity with a leading technology organisation. This is a great opportunity to work on enterprise-scale applications within a collaborative, Agile environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  

  Develop, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using Angular

  
  


• 
  

  Build reusable, modular, and scalable front-end components

  
  


• 
  

  Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams

  
  


• 
  

  Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness

  
  


• 
  

  Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues

  
  


• 
  

  Implement security and data protection measures

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in Agile ceremonies and development activities

  
  


• 
  

  What We’re Looking For

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of hands-on Angular development experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience with Angular (v16 preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+) skills

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and SCSS/SASS

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON and API integrations

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT or OpenID Connect

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Git, NPM and Visual Studio Code

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Jasmine, Karma and unit testing

  
  


• 
  

  Cypress or Selenium experience would be advantageous

  
  


• 
  

  Experience developing enterprise-scale web applications

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

  
  


• 
  

  A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
