Purpose of the Role




  • As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will drive end-to-end revenue growth in the government or BFSI sectors.



Responsibilities:




  • Identify new opportunities and achieve sales targets within government or BFSI sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.

  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Maintain healthy channel partner relationships.



Requirements:




  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT security, with a focus on government or BFSI sectors.

  • Proven experience in selling firewall and network security solutions.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of security markets and complex software-based solutions.

  • Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deals.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
