The Role

We are seeking a Principal 5G Software Engineer to drive the development of next-generation wireless platforms. This position requires a mix of deep technical expertise and leadership, contributing directly to system design, software architecture, and end-to-end solution delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development of high-performance software for 5G systems across core and/or radio domains


• Contribute to architectural decisions and define scalable software frameworks


• Work hands-on with development, debugging, and system-level optimization


• Support integration across multi-technology environments (cellular, Wi-Fi, satellite, etc.)


• Collaborate closely with hardware, system, and product teams


• Guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving


• Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and system efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in telecom software engineering, with strong exposure to 5G technologies


• Proficiency in languages such as C/C++ or Python, with system-level understanding


• Good grasp of cellular architecture and protocol layers


• Experience working on either core network functions or radio-side implementations


• Familiarity with Linux-based environments and distributed systems


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues


• Previous experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles is a plus
