5G RAN Software Architect

We are seeking a talented 5G RAN Software Architect to join our team and contribute to the next generation of connectivity solutions. As a key member, you'll have the chance to work on challenging projects that shape the future of communications.

Your Tasks

• Contribute to product development, maintenance, and delivery of products including HLD, LLD, development and verification of 5G NR Protocol Software.
• Analyze 3GPP features for development across different subsystems and test 5G NR features.
• Provide guidance to teams regarding complex design issues.
• Continuously improve system performance with high-quality deliverables.
• Design, validate, and implement 5G architecture and next-gen technologies (e.g., Carrier Aggregation (CA), Network Slicing, Scheduler).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and technologies.
• Drive innovation by exploring new programming paradigms and software architectures.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of systems through robust testing and documentation.
• Develop architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Work closely with product management teams to define roadmap priorities based on customer requirements and market trends.

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years in RAN design, optimization, and troubleshooting, with at least 5 years of experience in 5G/LTE technologies.
• Strong understanding of 4G LTE and 5G NR, including radio interface protocols, PHY/MAC layers, and eNB/gNB configurations.
• Hands-on programming experience with C, C++, Linux (asynchronous and synchronous multithreaded code), Windows, and Performance Optimization.
• Experience in debugging complex gNodeB issues, including log file analysis.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following layers/sublayers: MAC, RLC, PDCP, Scheduler, Power Control, Link Adaptation, GTP-C, GTP-U.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GIT.
• A problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical approach.
