Engage, Partner, Partner+, Team

We offers four flexible pricing models to suit a range of recruitment and resourcing needs. Choose Engage for short-term project support, Partner for exclusive advisory relationships, Partner+ for retained strategic engagement and Team for dedicated on-site resourcing (also known as RPO).

Our Engage package is similar to contingent recruitment. When recruiting for your role(s) through our Engage package, there is no upfront cost and you only pay when we make a successful placement.

  • Speed: Suppliers competing so CVs sent over as soon as identified 

Rate:

  • Varies depending on location, seniority, urgency among other factors

Our Partner package is similar to exclusive recruitment. You provide us with exclusivity to fill a role for a set period of time, Payment would still only made upon a successful hire, therefore no upfront fees.


Features:

You'll recieve everything from our Engage package, plus:

  • Cost saving: We fill a higher percentage of exclusive roles and provide a cost saving on this basis



Rate:

Varies depending on location, seniority, urgency among other factors. No upfront fee, payment made on successful placement.

Our Partner+ package is similar to retained recruitment - our premium package. You pay a portion of the fee upfront to guarantee our dedicated resources and commitment, leading to a higher fill rate.


Features:

You'll receive all features from Partner package, with the additonal services:

  • Preferential priority search time until the role is filled
  • Bi-weekly long list report 
  • Targeted competitor analysis
  • Prioritisation as a client with the complete support of First Point Group
  • Strategic market review
  • 3-month candidate success review
  • Counter-offer preparation and negotiation

Rate:

Varies depending on location, seniority, urgency among other factors. Upfront fee made, the remaining fee is paid at agreed stages

Our Team package is equivalent to Resource Process Outsourcing (RPO) whereby your outsource all or specific parts of your recruitment to us. 



Features:

  • Dedicated consultant(s) assignedsolely to your recruitment as partof your team 
  • Ability to scale your services to meet fluctuating hiring needs
  • Bespoke pricing based onvolume & company needs 
  • Selected recruitment processes outsourced to First Point Group

Benefits:

Tailored to clients’ needs examples can include: Flat monthly fee reduced monthly fee + reduced success fee, volume negotiated success fee – or combinations
