Our Commitment

At First Point Group, we use Artificial Intelligence (AI) responsibly to enhance efficiency while still maintaining and committing to fairness, transparency and an ethical use of AI. 

AI is used to support our employees and never replaces human oversight, judgement or decision-making across all our international operations. 

 

What we mean by AI

For us, AI refers to digital tools and software that use automation or machine-learning capabilities to support tasks such as translation, scheduling, content creation, market research and recruitment administration.

These tools assist our teams but do not make independent decisions about candidates or clients.

 

How We Use AI

Recruitment Operations

  • CV parsing and formatting (Odro platform)
  • Candidate matching and screening support (Colleague7 – our Content Management System)
  • Multi-language translation (Google translate)

Business Support

  • Content creation and marketing materials (the likes of: Chat GPT, CoPilot, Canva, Adobe Express, Claude, Venn Digital, Gemini, Grok, Gamma etc)
  • Scheduling and administrative tasks (Microsoft 365)
  • Data analysis and reporting (Copilot)
  • Website Chatbot (Leadoo)

AI is only used to enhance / assist our processes. All final decisions are made by our employees. 

 

What AI Does NOT Do

  • Make hiring or placement decisions, whether for our clients or for roles within First Point Group
  • Replace human judgment - experienced professionals review all AI recommendations
  • Process sensitive data without consent - we comply with GDPR and local data protection laws
  • Access financial or payment systems independently
  • Make financial or strategic decisions 

Recruitment decisions are always made by our staff.

  • Fairness. We monitor AI tools to prevent bias and discrimination
  • Human Oversight. All AI outputs are reviewed by our team before action is taken
  • Privacy. We protect personal data in line with GDPR and regional regulations
  • Accountability. Clear responsibility for AI decisions at all levels

 

Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in compliance with local laws in all countries we operate in
  • Candidate and client data is stored securely per local legal requirements

AI evolves quickly, and so does our approach. We review our AI tools and update them as technology, regulations, and best practices develop.
