My recruitment career began with First Point Group in 2012 when I joined the team as a Sales Support professional in the Mexico office. After two years of building up great relationships with our candidates and clients, I wanted to become a recruiter.
Fast forward to today, and with over a decade of recruitment experience, I’m a Senior Account Manager at First Point Group. I focus on not only recruiting the best candidates to help my clients grow their business (which is what I love doing), but I also develop client relations and love business development by identifying with new, emerging businesses within not only telecoms but ICT and technology.
I love speaking with different people and hearing their opinions about the ever-changing telecoms, ICT and technology industries. Working in an international environment is exciting and I get to talk in several languages with people who come from different cultures too. It’s fascinating working in an industry that represents one thing we should all have as a human right: connectivity.
